SQUID WITH VEGETABLES






Ingredients:
500g of squid (cut into half)
Brocolli
Red pepper (cut into 3cm length)
French bean (cut into 5cm length)
1 onion (finely chopped)
4 garlics (chopped)
Oyster sauce
1 cup of water
1 spoon of corn starch
2 spoons of oil


Steps:
Add squid, french bean and brocolli in a boiling water for 5minutes.
In a wok, heat over the oil then add in chopped garlic,onion and red pepper, stir till it turn yellowish.
Add in squid, french bean, brocolli, water, oyster sauce and corn starch.

Still well then close the wok and let it for 10min.

SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN


INGREDIENTS
8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into chunks
1 can pineapple chunks, drained
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 3/4 cups water
3/4 cup white sugar
1 onion-cut into 4
I can of tomato sauce
1/2 green pepper-cut into 3cm long
Oil
2 cups of breadcrumbs
1 egg(beaten)
Salt


DIRECTIONS
Combine beaten egg in a large bowl and mix with the chicken. Take off the chicken and coat with breadcrumbs.

Heat oil in skillet or wok to 360 degrees F (180 degrees C). Fry chicken pieces in hot oil until golden. Remove chicken, and drain on paper towels.

Heat over 2 spoons of oil then add onion, leave till it turn yellowish then add in green pepper and tomato sauce. Mix well.
Combine water,sugar ,salt and gradually add in cornstarch, slowly stir. Continue stirring until mixture thickens. Finally, add in pineapples, stir about a minute.

Add chicken pieces, and stir until chicken is well coated.
