Ingredients:
3 cups of rice
1 small spoon of tumeric powder
2 lemon grass
1 cinnamon
150gm butter
350ml coconut milk
Chopped:
1/2 onion
3 garlic
2cm ginger
Steps:
Wash the rice and put aside.
In a rice cooker, heat the butter and add in the chopped ingredients together with the cinnamon till it turns yellow.
Add in tumeric and lemon grass. Mix well till the smell comes out.
Add in the rice, coconut milk and salt.
Finally add in water.

How to know the right amount of water when cooking a rice in a rice cooker?
I used my mom's old method.
Measure the rice with your finger.
Then put your finger on top of the rice.
The water level(coconut milk + water) must be the same as the level of the rice.
