AYAM GOLEK MADU (ROAST HONEY CHICKEN)

What I love about this "ayam golek madu" is the "juice" from the marination. The taste of the lemon grass with other ingredients is just finger licking good.





Ingredients:
One whole chicken



Marinate:
5 lemon grass
1 big onion
3cm ginger
3 sp of honey
3sp sugar
1 sp of tumeric powder
125ml coconut milk
1 tsp of salt
2 sp of oil

STEPS:
Steam the chicken till it's half cooked.
Blend all the ingredients for the marination.
Pour it over the chicken and marinate for one hour.

Cook in an oven till the color turns darker.
Serve with nasi minyak or nasi pilaf

Temperature I letak 180° jer... kalau you dah steam the chicken before, ayam tu you bakar around 30min jer or bila tengok dah garing, you stop ...

Ayam percik belum try lagi ... nanti kalau i dah try will put it here
