PIZZA Soufflé

Well actually I didnt use the right ingredients to do the doh of the pizza. On this day when I did this, just hentam guna apa yg ada and didnt have time to look up for the recipe to make the dough for the pizza.

So what I have used basically are all the same ingredients from my sweet bread.

If you know the recipe for the dough for the pizza, you can replace it with mine.



INGREDIENT 

1. Doh

  • 600g of flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 230 ml of warm fresh milk
  • 100g of sugar
  • 75g of melted butter
  • 1 packet of dried yeast
2. Filling
  • tomato ketchup
  • slices of turkey ham
  • mozarella
  • grated cheese
  • mayonaise
  • eggs 

STEPS


1. Cairkan yeast kedlm warm milk yg telah dicampurkan dgn gula. 
2. In another bowl, masukkan tepung, buat mcm lubang kat tengah, masukkan 2 telur one by one, then masukkan mixture yeast (no 1) dan melted butter. Uli sampai texture menjadi doh yg bulat. Tutup dan biarkan naik selama 1 jam
3. Spread tepung on your working table. Sapukan juga pada roller supaya tak melekat. Ratakan doh tadi senipis yg boleh (less than 1cm). 

4. Letakkan doh yg dah diratakan tadi on your baking tray (setengah terkeluar seperti dalam gambar). When I did this the first time, I have filled up the filling on the doh on the table in which I had a difficulty to remove the pizza to the baking tray due to the weight. My pizza jadi koyak and the filling pun terkeluar.
5. Start to spread over the filling using anything that you wish your pizza to have. No restriction, just anything that you want. In my case, what I did,
  • sapu tomato sauce
  • susun turkey ham, tinggalkan about 1cm around utk dikepit bila doh dah difill dan ditutup
  • potong mozarella kecik kecik dan spread all over.
  • pecahkan telur on top
  • spread grated cheese
  • pour over mayonaise
6. Tutup doh mcm form karipap tu dan kepit keliling supaya filling tak terkeluar bila bakar



 7. Bakar dlm (seperti biasa yg telah dipanaskan terlebih dahulu selama 10min @180°C)..selama 20-30min atau agak agak pizza jadi rupa brownish mcm dlm gambar.



As I have said, no restriction dlm filling... nak tambah quantity pun boleh, ikut suka hati. Kalau takde ingredients like I did, letak jer apa apa pun boleh... like sosej yg dah dihiris nipis, or breast chicken yg dipotong kecil dan digoreng kekuningan... nak guna sardin or seafood pun boleh.
