BAHAN-BAHAN
Garlic dan bawang yg dah dihiris.
Kentang gergasi size, washed without taking off the skin.
Coriandre, daging/ayam and buah berangan(thanx to Comel80) yang dah ditumbuk halus.
Gruyere (cheese) and fresh cream.
Cara-cara
1. Bakar kentang dlm oven till it's almost cooked. Biarkan sejuk.
2. In a pan with a bit of oil, tumis chopped garlic and bawang sampai naik bau. Then add in daging/ayam dan kacang, goreng sehingga kekuningan then baru masuk coriandre.
3. In a bowl, mix bahan² yg dah dimasak tadi dgn fresh cream and a bit of salt. Sendiri mau agak ler quantity hih hih hih.
4. Belah dua kentang yg dah dibakar dlm oven tadi. Take off isi dia dibahagian tengah tapi tinggalkan about 1cm isi dia.
5. Sumbatkan bahan² yg dah dicampur tadi dan akhir sekali taburkan cheese diatasnya dan bakar dlm oven sampai masak.
